As someone who has come close to death several times, I was inspired to create CYH as a way to empower you to take responsibility for your life. I was in chronic pain for over ten years and it wasn’t until I discovered several alternative health practices and took charge of my life that I was able to live pain free again - no drugs and no surgeries.
