Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This technique works by manually “tapping” on acupuncture energy points on your body – primarily on your face and upper torso. The idea is to clear underlying negative belief patterns while engaging your physical body through taping, verbalization, and eye movements. This engages your emotional, mental, and physical self and creates change for the user on each level of awareness.
